I enjoyed working with Dana Cole. I was looking to purchase a business and had worked with other brokers. Working with Dana was a refreshing change. She sparked more energy and optimism into the relationship which made the transaction enjoyable. We selected a business that was represented by another broker, but, she was able to negotiate a split fee arrangement so that she could represent me. That was very valuable as she was able to guide me through what was realistic and what should not be accepted. I would go first to her if planning another transaction and would trust her explicitly.
